Dear Prospective Member,
We are pleased to introduce you to the Caldwell County Home Builders Association. When you join our association, you are actually joining three!
We are a local chapter operating as an extension of both the North Carolina Home Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. All three work together to bring you the most up-to-date information on legislation, education, training, and new product orientation. Our job is to provide you with a networking system to help you grow and prosper in your business.
There is a $375.00 annual membership fee. From this membership fee, NAHB is paid, providing a tremendous resource for information and direction. Also State dues are allocated and includes a subscription to the North Carolina Builder, a quarterly publication dedicated to the home building industry. The balance of your membership fee stays in the local chapter and includes one complimentary dinner at each of our monthly meetings.
We aim to host monthly events for our members to stop in and say hello, as well as Quarterly Board meetings. The Caldwell County Home Builders Association sponsors an annual golf Tournament to benefit different Charity projects throughout the year.
